Through the years, the fullness of Vicky's career has allowed her to give back to the art community in a variety of ways.
In 1989, after forming Tres Jolie Art, Inc., she joined in a partnership with SAIC  participating in the Cooperative Education Program of The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, mentoring art students by providing on-the-job training while earning a salary.  Over the years, these artists scattered across the globe. She continued providing guidance in their careers.

In 2003 Gallery 1837 launched, a  "salon style" art galley providing an avenue for artists to exhibit their work, introducing them to buyers and collectors. Gallery 1837  has also hosted numerous non-for-profit organization's exhibitions and fundraisers, Chamber of Commerce events, and alumni gatherings. As of 2018, she serves as the Vice-President of the Chicago Alliance of Visual Arts, a non-for-profit art organization celebrating its thirtieth year serving the community of seasoned artists in the Chicago area.
