THE ANCESTORS OF THE PHARAOHS

This series of drawings, paintings & woodcuts were unveiled in a Solo Exhibition at the Cairo Opera House then traveled down to the Luxor Misr Cultural Center.  It was inspired by the Nile River and the beautiful mysticism of Egypt.  Ancient, buried in its sands is a civilization filled with language & customs foreign to modern civilization.  The scent of the papyrus being made into paper & the misty lingering images of the Giza pyramids transports us to the sacred geometry of time & space.
